Terms & Conditions
Booking deposits vary from £10 to £30 and are taken to ensure clients show up for their appointments and refunded against the full price of the photoshoot.
Clients can obtain a refund of the booking deposit provided it is in writing by email and received within 10 days of the deposit being paid. Captured Studio has 30 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in which to refund the deposit.
Bookings made for appointments within 7 days of the deposit being paid are not entitled to a refund under the Act.
All changes of appointment are subject to an additional £20 refundable booking deposit, which will be added to the existing deposit.
If you fail to show, or cancel your appointment less than 3 working days before your appointment in writing*, you will lose your booking deposit and you may be charged a studio hire fee of £30. This is to cover the expense of the creative staff and studio time.
Retouched images & Image Selection
We do not issue refunds on Photoshoots that have already taken place and client selected images that have already been retouched.
Retouched images that have already been sent to the client cannot be exchanged for another image.
Marketing & Display
The client(s) hereby allow(s) Captured Studio to display any photograph covered by these terms and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, social media, sample albums etc.
All clients under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent (not a legal guardian), unless cleared with studio management.
Upon receiving a deposit or full payment of a photoshoot, you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
